SanazGroup & UIXA.

SanazGroup was Sanaz’s first venture of her own: a crew of creatively consumed digital experts and designers, blending technology, design and conscious consumerism across the Middle East. It carried the client work, the craft standards and the relationships she had built over a decade in agencies and enterprise transformation.

The most conscious decision came later: letting it grow beyond her. Today a young UI/UX studio, UIXA, carries that client work forward, and Sanaz has moved into the advisor’s seat under the SanazGroup umbrella. She mentors the team on craft, strategy and growth: how to hold quality when deadlines squeeze, how to price with confidence, and how to build client trust that outlasts any single project.

The founder’s real test is what happens when you hand the work forward.

For Sanaz this is entrepreneurship in its most honest form: building something strong enough to continue without you, then giving the next generation the guidance you wish you had.
