Born in Iran, raised in Germany, building from Dubai: Sanaz has spent her whole life in the space between worlds. For years that in-between felt like a deficit, a childhood spent translating herself into rooms that were not built for her. This keynote is about the moment that changed: when she stopped treating the in-between as a gap and started treating it as her ground.

Movement came first. Dance was the one language that needed no translation, and the communities it created became a family that passports could not define. From there the talk widens: fluent in five languages, working across three continents, Sanaz shows how identity built between cultures becomes a leadership asset, the quiet kind of leadership the world overlooks.
